Hideout busted during search operation in Awantipora | KNO

Awantipora, Aug 13 (KNO): Security Force on Thursday busted a militant hideout during cordon and search operation in Barsoo area of Awantipora in South Kashmir's Pulwama district. An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that operation is being carried out by a joint team of Jammu and Kashmir Police and Army’s 50 RR. He added that on specific inputs about the presence of militants, cordon and search operation was launched in the area and during search operation hideout was busted and search operation is on in the area Incriminating material besides ammunition including one grenade, 10 ak RDS was recovered from the hideout, he said,adding that a case has been registered in this regard and investigations have been taken up—(KNO)
